What types of events can I host?

Team building, wellness retreats, strategic meetings, intimate weddings, training sessions, workshops, birthdays, productions — anywhere in Quebec, in our turnkey chalets.

How far in advance should I book?

Book 3 to 6 months ahead to guarantee availability — especially weekends and high season. For last-minute requests, we’re flexible based on availability.

What’s the capacity of your chalets?

6 to 10 people for standard chalets; some chalets or chalet combinations host 20+ guests. Tell us your headcount and we’ll suggest the right options.

Do you offer catering, facilitation and photography?

Yes — we work with a network of vetted partners: private chef, local caterer, yoga, massage, facilitation, photo (with MALAD Communication), video, outdoor activities.

Can I host a single-day event without overnight stay?

Yes, some chalets allow daytime use of common spaces with no overnight booking — perfect for training or team-building days. Ask for available options.

Do you serve every region in Quebec?

Yes — we operate across all 17 administrative regions. Our hubs (team within 30 minutes) are the Laurentians, Charlevoix and Petite-Rivière-St-François; the rest of Quebec is covered by our local partner network.
